What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Campaigns: Support the comprehensive planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, encompassing the development of social media content, coordination of email promotions, and management of brand collaborations.
• Trend Research: Conduct thorough research on current fashion and marketing trends, utilizing insights to inform strategic campaign development and content creation.
• Content Concepts: Assist significantly in the conceptualization and development of creative campaign ideas for content shoots, specifically designed to effectively showcase new collections.
• Material Preparation: Take responsibility for preparing various marketing materials that are essential for introducing and highlighting new fashion collections to the target audience.
• Sales & Outreach: Engage actively with online communities, systematically gather valuable customer feedback, and contribute to tracking the performance metrics of ongoing marketing campaigns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field. Candidates should possess a demonstrated interest and foundational skills in Fashion Marketing, Graphic Design, and Content Marketing, coupled with a basic understanding of core marketing principles.
• Experience: An interest in applying marketing principles specifically to fashion-focused campaigns is crucial. Comfort with a range of sales-related activities is also required, including direct customer engagement and supporting various promotional efforts.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication are essential, alongside a keen attention to detail and an appreciation for visual aesthetics. The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines is paramount.
