DALYA is a women’s custom clothing brand based in Soho, NYC. They specialize in creating bespoke pieces designed to empower women to dress with confidence and intention. The company offers a unique, hands-on experience in the growth and operation of a small fashion brand.
Job Description: Fashion Marketing Intern (College Credit)
This is a part-time internship requiring a minimum commitment of 2 days per week, located in Soho, NYC. It is offered for college credit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media: Assist with planning content and creating engaging material for social media platforms.
• Event Production: Support the coordination and execution of both in-store and off-site activations and events.
• Customer Experience: Help manage customer interactions, including coordinating clothing alterations and tracking customer orders.
• Store Operations: Assist with maintaining store organization and contributing to daily upkeep tasks.
• Email Marketing: Contribute to the creation of marketing emails, manage the email content calendar, and track performance metrics.
• Executive Support: Shadow and provide direct support to the CEO & Lead Style Consultant with various daily tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in college and eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or Premiere) is required.
• Interest: A strong interest in fashion marketing, brand building, and digital strategy is essential.
• Work Ethic: The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
• Availability: Must be available to work at least 2 days per week in the Soho showroom.
