What You’ll Actually Do
• Records: Prepare and obtain necessary records for legal proceedings.
• Exhibits: Assemble exhibits for various legal processes.
• Transcripts: Summarize transcripts as part of case documentation.
• Discovery: Draft and respond to standard discovery demands, including interrogatories and requests for production.
• Trial Preparation: Conduct comprehensive preparation for trials.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced Family Law Paralegal with a strong foundation in family law practices.
• Experience: 3+ years specifically in Family Law, with demonstrated strong trial experience and client advocacy skills. Proven ability in preparing/obtaining records, assembling exhibits, summarizing transcripts, and drafting/responding to standard discovery demands. Experience in comprehensive trial preparation is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Effective collaboration within a team environment.
