Job Description: Fall2025 – HRIS & Benefits Intern
Role Summary:
The Fall2025 – HRIS & Benefits Intern will provide support to the HRIS/Benefits Team for HUGO BOSS North America. The role involves SAP administration and basic reporting, assisting with benefits-related projects, maintaining employee personnel and FMLA files, and performing general administrative functions related to HRIS and Benefits.
Internship Specifics:
• Schedule: 20-24 hours per week.
• Duration: Full Fall term, from September 8, 2025, to December 12, 2025.
• Compensation: Fixed pay rate of $16.50 per hour.
• Location: Must be able to work on location.
• Eligibility: Must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Not eligible for relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HRIS (Human Resources Information System):
• SAP Maintenance:
• General data entry, weekly reporting, and data auditing within SAP.
• Assisting with personal data changes on SAP and Benefit Provider websites.
• Conducting data audits on SAP and Benefit Provider websites to ensure data integrity.
• Liaison & Support:
• Liaising with Store Managers on HRIS-related cases (e.g., new hire paperwork completion, record discrepancies, I-9 verification).
• Supporting and learning to troubleshoot data transfer issues between SAP and other systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP).
• Project Assistance:
• Providing assistance on SAP/Benefits related special projects, such as compliance mailings and plan audits.
• General Administration:
• Performing general administrative functions related to HRIS.
2. Benefits & Other Responsibilities:
• Benefit Administration:
• Maintaining and processing benefit enrollments and changes within the Benefits Online Platform.
• Providing support in coordinating benefits-related events.
• Project & Research:
• Researching and delivering a presentation on an HR subject of choice to the HRIS/Benefits Team at the end of the internship.
• Handling special HR projects and assignments as requested by the local HR team.
