Job Description: Fall2025 – HRIS & Benefits Intern
This internship supports the HRIS/Benefits Team at HUGO BOSS for North America. The intern will assist with a variety of tasks related to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee benefits.
Key Internship Details:
• Work Location: On-location.
• Hours: 20-24 hours per week.
• Term: Full Fall term, from September 8, 2025 – December 12, 2025.
• Pay Rate: Fixed at $16.50 per hour.
• Eligibility: Must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation.
What You Can Expect (Responsibilities):
HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems):
• General SAP Maintenance: Includes data entry, weekly reporting, and data auditing.
• Liaison with Store Managers: Addressing HRIS-related cases such as new hire paperwork completion, discrepancies in records, and I-9 verification.
• Personal Data Changes: Assisting with updates on SAP and Benefit Provider websites.
• Administrative Functions: Performing general administrative tasks related to HRIS and Benefits.
• Data Integrity: Assisting with data audits on SAP and Benefit Provider websites.
• Troubleshooting Support: Learning to troubleshoot data transfer issues between SAP and other systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP).
• Special Projects: Providing assistance on SAP/Benefits related special projects like compliance mailings and plan audits.
Benefits & Other Responsibilities:
• Benefit Administration: Maintaining and processing benefit enrollments and changes in the Benefits Online Platform.
• Event Coordination: Providing support in coordinating benefits-related events.
• End-of-Internship Project: Researching and delivering a presentation on an HR subject of choice to the HRIS/Benefits Team.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Assisting with special HR projects and assignments as requested by the local HR team.
• Confidentiality: Handling confidential information with integrity.
Your Profile (Required Skills & Qualifications):

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preferred Experience: SAP HR experience is a plus.
