About the Company:
The Fashion Foundation is a nonprofit organization in the fashion industry. They obtain excess merchandise donations from designers and use the proceeds from their online store and donations to purchase school supplies for underprivileged students in New York.
Job Description:
The Fashion Foundation is seeking Fall and Spring interns for their Long Island office. This is a hands-on experience working directly with the Founder, assisting with various aspects of the organization, including:
• Merchandising: Sorting through merchandise donations.
• E-commerce: Putting new products on the organization’s website.
• Product Photography: Taking photos of products for online use.
• Social Media and Content Creation: Creating content and managing social media platforms.
• Blogger / Influencer Research: Identifying and researching potential blogger/influencer partnerships.
• Additional tasks: Other duties as assigned.
