About the Job: Fall Intern (Customer Experience Team)

The Customer Experience (CX) team at Onsemi is dedicated to designing and delivering best-in-class customer experiences across the entire enterprise. Their work revolves around three core areas:
Feedback and Actioning: Collecting and acting upon customer feedback.
Journey Design: Creating and optimizing customer journeys.
Leadership Enablement: Empowering leadership to drive customer-centric outcomes.

As a Fall Intern on the CX team, you will play a crucial role in supporting these strategic CX initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in several key areas:
Customer Journey Management: Understanding and contributing to the mapping and optimization of customer interactions.
Survey Design: Learning to create effective surveys to gather valuable customer insights.
Data Analysis: Participating in the analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Program Execution: Assisting with the implementation and management of CX programs.
