Fall 2026 Institutional Client Service Intern | CAPTRUST

• Mission: Provide exposure to the firm’s operations and assist with client service, meeting preparation, data maintenance, investment monitoring, and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare and review quarterly performance reports for clients.
• Analysis: Assist in the preparation and review of fee and expense benchmarking analysis and reports.
• Research: Contribute to new research, project initiatives, and ad hoc projects within required deadlines.
• Support: Assist with client service, meeting preparation, data maintenance, investment monitoring, and administrative tasks.
• Observation: Attend client investment committee meetings and participant advice sessions to observe firm practices and client interactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Actively pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree, currently a rising Junior or Senior.
• Experience: Demonstrated significant interest in the workings of an investment advisory firm.
• Skills: High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent communication and writing skills, and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Bonus: Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Planning, or Taxation; strong self-starter capabilities; organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask; demonstrated highest personal ethics and integrity; collaborative team player with an other-centered mindset and integrity through objectivity.
