Job Description: Fall Creative Coordinator Intern
This internship is for a Fall Creative Coordinator Intern, designed for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, eager to learn about creative operations and project management.
In this role, the intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects across multiple channels. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, video, copywriting, marketing, and production to help ensure projects remain organized and on track. The intern will gain hands-on experience in creative workflows, stakeholder communication, and the entire project lifecycle.
Logistics:
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• Location: Provo, Utah
• Target Start Date: August 4th / August 11th
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in tracking creative project timelines, asset delivery, and production calendars.
• Help coordinate meetings, reviews, and delivery milestones.
• Support internal communications across design, copy, video, and marketing teams.
• Maintain project documentation and help monitor progress and deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming and status meetings to learn how projects evolve.
• Contribute to identifying process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
• Learn to use project management tools and support operational tasks.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Interest in creative workflows, project coordination, and brand marketing.
• Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative team environment.
