This is an early career co-op position at Schneider Electric, available for Fall 2026 for a six-month duration, and located in either Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Research: Conduct market research and strategic analysis on industry trends, competitive positioning, customer needs, and business performance.
• Project Support: Support strategic projects by analyzing complex business challenges and developing recommendations and action plans.
• Presentation Creation: Create data-driven presentations and executive-ready materials to support decision-making by senior leadership.
• Initiative Contribution: Contribute to strategic initiatives including digital transformation, portfolio management, market assessments, acquisitions, and business planning activities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to support growth and transformation priorities within Energy Management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation development.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, identify key insights, and develop actionable recommendations; exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; demonstrate a keen interest in strategy, sustainability, industrial markets, or digital transformation.
• Bonus: Previous internship or project experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or finance; a double degree in business and engineering or MBA coursework; experience analyzing financial statements, market data, or competitive intelligence; ability to work effectively across cultures and global teams; openness to a part-time internship for the right candidate.
