Job Description:
This is for a Fall 2025 – Real Estate Intern position, supporting the Director of Real Estate at HUGO BOSS’s New York Headquarters. Please note that this is a talent pool application, meaning the selection process may take longer as candidates are matched with suitable vacant positions.
Role Title: Fall 2025 – Real Estate Intern
Location: New York Headquarters (on location work required)
Term & Duration:
• Full Fall term: September 8, 2025 – December 12, 2025
Work Schedule:
• 20-24 hours per week
Compensation:
• Fixed rate of $16.50 per hour
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/university.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
• Prepare and maintain various reports and schedules for executives, finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams.
• Assist with Real Estate Financial Planning, specifically maintaining up-to-date US and CA rent schedules.
• Support General Lease Accounting by preparing additional reports and analysis for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closes.
• Maintain critical dates such as lease start, expiration, sales kick-out dates, and options, ensuring corresponding rental payments are updated.
• Assist in the preparation of Board Approval documents for new projects.
• Support lease administration through organizing and archiving all real estate and lease accounting documents, collaborating with HUGO BOSS AG’s Real Estate platform, Sequentra.
• Run demographics, prepare area maps, and utilize other analytical tools.
Required Profile & Skills:
• Studying and/or demonstrating interest in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or General Business Management.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Quality-driven with a high attention to detail.
• Highly proficient with MS Office, particularly excellent in Excel.
