About the Job: Experiential Marketing Fall Co-op/Internship
This is a search for a Fall Co-op or Internship student to join the team from August to the end of November. The role is Temporary and Full-Time, operating on a Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, based in Mississauga, Ontario. The industry for this role is Experiential Marketing / Field Marketing. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for experiential marketing, a strong background in campaign execution, team leadership, event coordination, and proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute experiential marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand engagement and awareness.
• Event & Activation Coordination: Oversee the logistics, scheduling, and execution of on-the-ground marketing activations to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, support, and motivate field teams, ensuring they deliver exceptional brand experiences.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on campaign goals and execution.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to track key metrics, compile reports, and provide insights for future campaigns.
• Budget & Resource Management: Assist in analyzing and optimizing budgets to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Industry Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with trends in experiential marketing to bring fresh, creative ideas to campaigns.
What You Bring To The Team (Qualifications):
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2+ years in experiential marketing, field marketing, or campaign execution.
• Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills to lead field staff and drive results.
• Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple projects and activations simultaneously.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Creativity & Innovation: A passion for creating unique brand experiences that captivate audiences.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to travel and manage events across different locations.
