About The Job (Experiential Marketing Co-op/Internship)
Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time (August-November)
Industry: Experiential Marketing / Field Marketing
Brand Momentum is seeking a Fall Co-op or Internship student to join their team from August to the end of November. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for experiential marketing and possess a solid background in campaign execution, team leadership, and event coordination, along with Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Creation & Execution: Developing, planning, and executing experiential marketing campaigns designed to drive brand engagement and awareness.
• Event & Activation Coordination: Overseeing the logistics, scheduling, and execution of on-the-ground marketing activations to ensure smooth operations.
• Team Leadership & Management: Leading, supporting, and motivating field teams to ensure they deliver exceptional brand experiences.
• Collaboration & Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on campaign goals and execution strategies.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilizing Excel and other data analysis tools to track key metrics, compile comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Budget & Resource Management: Assisting in analyzing and optimizing budgets to maximize the impact and efficiency of marketing initiatives.
• Industry Research & Innovation: Staying current with trends in experiential marketing to bring fresh, creative ideas and innovative approaches to campaigns.
What You Bring To The Team (Requirements):
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, field marketing, or campaign execution.
• Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills, essential for leading field staff and driving results.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and activations simultaneously.
• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Creativity & Innovation: A genuine passion for creating unique brand experiences that captivate audiences.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to travel and manage events across different locations as required.
