The Tone:
This is a full-time role at iHeartMedia, located in Los Angeles, CA. iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, reaching 90% of Americans monthly, and is the largest podcast publisher and streaming radio digital service. This role is crucial for supporting the President of Strategic Partnerships, acting as an office manager, and assisting with project coordination across the Strategic Partnerships organization. The Executive Assistant will gain exposure to senior leadership priorities while developing strong administrative, organizational, and operational skills within America’s leading audio company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense processing for the President.
• Operational Management: Anticipate and support administrative and operational needs to maintain a seamless working environment, also serving as the office manager for the local location.
• Project Coordination: Support basic project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups across various partnership initiatives.
• Event Coordination: Help coordinate internal meetings, external partner interactions, and team events as needed.
• Communication & Prioritization: Act as a key point of coordination with other executives and teams, maintaining organized to-do lists to assist with prioritization and follow-through.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with some experience supporting an executive or team in an administrative, coordinator, or assistant capacity.
• Experience: Experience in administrative support roles, including internships, demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
• Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
