The Tone:
This is a full-time role at iHeartMedia, located in Los Angeles, CA. iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, leading the audio revolution with a monthly audience that reaches 90% of Americans, twice the size of any other audio company. This position is vital for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the President of Strategic Partnerships, ensuring the efficient operation of a senior leader and the local office. The role offers exposure to senior leadership priorities and an opportunity to develop strong administrative and organizational skills within the Strategic Partnerships organization.

• Team: Supports the President of Strategic Partnerships and manages the local office for the Strategic Partnerships organization.
• Mission: To ensure seamless administrative and operational support for the President of Strategic Partnerships and contribute to the overall efficiency of partnership initiatives and the local office.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, Apple products
What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage the President’s calendar, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and process expenses.
• Maintain a seamless working environment by anticipating and supporting administrative and operational needs.
• Support basic project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups across partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate internal meetings, external partner interactions, and team events.
• Handle general inquiries, manage to-do lists, and facilitate coordination with other executives and teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Some experience supporting an executive or team in an administrative, coordinator, or assistant capacity, including internships or entry-level professional roles.
• Experience: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, dependability, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bonus: Eagerness to learn and take ownership, respect for others, the ability to perform work and resolve straightforward problems within established procedures with moderate supervision, and close attention to detail.
