Real Estate Executive Assistant Intern | Apexron

This position is critical for supporting the founder directly, offering interns an inside look into how real estate deals, operational systems, and distinct brands are built and managed.

• Mission: To provide essential organizational, coordination, and execution support to the founder, contributing to the development and scaling of multiple real estate ventures.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Support the founder with day-to-day organization, coordination, and practical task execution across various real estate projects.
• Sales & Outreach: Assist in generating leads, performing sales outreach, and fostering relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Marketing & Content: Help in the preparation of property listings, development of marketing materials, and creation of content for diverse real estate brands and communication channels.
• Systems & Data Management: Support the maintenance of internal systems, ensure efficient data organization, and manage essential documents.
• Client Relations: Assist with client follow-up, manage ongoing communication, and contribute to effective client relationship management throughout the sales cycle.
