The Tone:
This is a full-time and seasonal role at Draftomat, located in Los Angeles. Draftomat provides property preparation and landscape presentation services, ensuring outdoor event venues and commercial properties are clean, polished, and organized. As Event Staff, you will be crucial in preparing event sites, maintaining grounds, and supporting cleanup efforts, directly contributing to the success and visual appeal of client projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Site Preparation: Organize and prepare event sites and grounds for various outdoor gatherings.
• Setup: Install outdoor equipment, displays, and landscaping enhancements according to event plans.
• Presentation: Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of event spaces throughout their operational duration.
• Cleanup: Support post-event breakdown and site cleanup to restore areas to their original condition.
• Operational Support: Assist team leaders with various on-site operational requirements as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. No specific education requirement; core domain knowledge in outdoor event support or grounds maintenance.
• Experience: No specific years required; prior experience in events, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not essential.
• Skills:
• Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Outdoor Adaptability: Comfortably work in outdoor environments under varying conditions.
• Dependability: Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-oriented approach.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate event timelines.
• Bonus: Previous experience in event support, landscaping, or general labor.
