Job Description:
Vision Implementors is seeking a contract Event Planner/Producer to join their team in Columbus. This role involves planning and executing events for their association management clients. This is a hybrid position, combining work-from-home event planning with on-the-ground event production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Traffic Controller: Coordinate communications with clients and vendors. Manage the client’s event calendar and schedule meetings.
• Detail Whisperer: Manage event details, including timelines, budgets, vendor relations, and day-of coordination.
• Solutions Wizard: Problem-solve creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Friendly Face: Engage with attendees at events and handle challenging situations with decorum.
• Sponge: Collaborate with the team, share experience, and learn from others.
• Commit to improving client outcomes.
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite.
• Experience with ClickUp and Slack.
• Competitive, positive, and results-driven.
• Coachable, trainable, and outgoing personality.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting.
