This is a full-time Law Clerk role at White and Williams LLP, located in Philadelphia. • Mission: Support the subrogation department by assisting with various litigation matters, gaining practical experience in all aspects of case development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Investigate: Investigate facts pertinent to product liability, construction, and fire litigation matters.
• Develop: Develop strategies for expert witnesses to support ongoing cases.
• Compile: Compile comprehensive documentation of damages for litigation purposes.
• Draft: Draft legal pleadings, discovery documents, and demands as required for case progression.
• Support: Support the department by gaining exposure to and participating in all aspects of case management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a current 1L or 2L law student attending school on a part-time, evening basis.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Ability to effectively balance multiple assignments and manage various deadlines.
• Bonus: Prior litigation experience or investigation experience is preferred.
