The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-person)
• Mission: This person helps ensure project compliance, clear communication, and smooth operations by supporting various construction management and estimating activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist project teams by conducting safety and quality audits to ensure compliance and high standards.
• Process Requests for Information (RFIs) and log submittals to maintain clear communication and documentation.
• Support estimating activities by soliciting information and pricing from subcontractors and/or suppliers.
• Maintain and update field drawings, field equipment, and project records.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure smooth project operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree relevant to the construction industry, such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid Driver’s license, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Possess a strong desire to pursue a long-term career as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Estimator within the construction industry.
• Skills: Ability to read and understand complex construction drawings and specifications. Capacity to navigate through a construction site daily, including climbing ladders and stairs, and comfort working around heavy equipment, cranes, and other construction machinery.
• Bonus: Willingness to temporarily relocate to various project locations as needed.
