Role Summary

As an Equipment Fabricator, your role will be crucial to our team at Netting Pros. You will contribute to providing quality netting, equipment, wall padding, and products while ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role involves fabrication, assembly, and potential installation work, contributing significantly to our projects and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Provide quality netting, equipment, wall padding, and products through the highest level of customer service.
• Assist in the design, planning, fabrication, assembly, installation, and implementation of field, facility, and stadium projects.
• Potentially work some hours on local job sites at various fields, facilities, and stadiums.
• Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and procedures and proactively identify trends that support achieving shrink goals to reduce waste and maximize profits.
• Problem-solve customer issues as a leader.
• Stay informed and in tune with any open projects among your team.
