EQ Co-Op & Summer Internship Program

What: This program offers a valuable opportunity for sophomores, juniors, and rising seniors to gain hands-on experience in the field of Enterprise Quality (EQ) at Johnson & Johnson.

Where: The program is conducted in a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence three times a week and remote work two times a week.

Who: This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, finance, data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or technology-related fields.

Responsibilities:

Digital Product Analysis: Analyze business processes and translate needs into digital solutions by building product backlogs.
Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
Data Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns and insights.
Reporting: Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate data findings.
Support Decision-Making: Analyze data to support business decisions and initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, including QA-Ops, JJRC, finance, and operations, to understand data needs and provide insights.

Qualifications:

Academic:
• Enrollment in an accredited college/university during the Co-op/Internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Skills:
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, or SQL).
• Ability to present data findings clearly.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of statistical concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Other:
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Ability to provide transportation to the location.
• Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) during the internship period.
• Commitment to a May 2025 internship start date.
• Proven leadership or participation in campus/community service activities (preferred).

Compensation:

Technical Degrees: Sophomore $25.00/hr, Junior $26.00/hr, Senior $28.00/hr, Master’s degree $33/hr.
Business Degrees: Sophomore $22.00/hr, Junior $23.00/hr, Senior $24.00/hr, Master’s degree $30.00/hr.
