Job Description: Epic EHR L2 Support Analyst – Clindoc – Stork – Bugsy

This opportunity with Deloitte under their Project Delivery Model (PDM) offers a long-term, onsite client service delivery role where you’ll contribute to improving the way health systems provide patient care through the support of an Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR).
What You’ll Do:
• Provide L2 Epic Support: You’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and testing issues related to a designated group of Epic modules, including Clindoc, Stork, and Bugsy.
• Engage with End Users: You’ll work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve issues with the Epic system in a timely and professional manner.
• System Maintenance & Testing: You’ll conduct ongoing system maintenance activities, resolve Workqueue errors, and actively participate in testing activities like printer mapping, downtime simulations, and special updates.
• Documentation & Collaboration: You’ll develop, maintain, and contribute to system documentation, testing scripts, and materials. You’ll also collaborate with the offshore team for seamless application support and maintenance.
• Communication & Reporting: You’ll communicate effectively with Engagement Managers, project team members, and stakeholders, providing regular status reports and escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in at least one Epic application module (Clindoc, Stork, Bugsy). Additional Epic application certifications and experience with other Epic workflows are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environments, or healthcare IT settings.
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to operate independently or with minimum supervision.
• Excellent written and communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
