Entry Recruitment Consultant | Lumicity

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Lumicity, located in Houston, Texas, with a start date of September 2026. What You’ll Actually Do
• Network Development: Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within a technical market.
• Candidate Management: Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and overall fit.
• Client Partnership: Partner with client companies to understand their hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Placement & Goals: Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Performance Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating capability. The company prioritizes character and potential over specific credentials or prior experience in recruiting or sales.
• Experience: A proven track record of achievement across academic, athletic, professional, or personal endeavors. This role is ideal for those who are ambitious, competitive, tenacious, and eager to build a high-earning, long-term career in sales and recruiting.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily, coupled with high emotional intelligence and a clear goal orientation.
