As an Entry Level Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial part in these efforts, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently to support our customers and operational excellence.

• Mission: To safely and accurately manage incoming and outgoing materials and orders, contributing to efficient warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Fulfillment: Safely operate a stand-up forklift, including order selectors and cherry pickers, to accurately pull and prepare outbound customer orders for delivery.
• Material Handling: Efficiently build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages throughout the warehouse facility.
• Inventory Management: Utilize technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare incoming and outgoing orders with precision.
• Receiving Operations: Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material to maintain organized inventory.
• Safety & Facility Care: Continuously clean the workspace and actively participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident-free, adhering to all safety regulations and correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career in-person role within warehouse operations, requiring no specific educational background. It is ideal for individuals starting their career in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience: Preferred 0-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, specifically in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to regularly lift items up to 50lbs and safely wear a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• Skills: Requires a high attention to detail, a positive demeanor, dependability, a strong work ethic, and knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Bonus: A self-starter with the ability to learn new systems quickly, coupled with a continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices in a changing environment.
