• Mission: Ensure the accurate and timely movement of materials and customer orders, supporting efficient warehouse operations and customer success.
• Tech Stack: RF devices, stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Fulfillment: Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders for shipment.
• Material Handling: Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages within the warehouse environment.
• Inventory Management: Accurately sort, scan, receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material using technology.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, actively participating in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Safety Adherence: Adhere to all safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment during all tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with an interest in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience: 0-3 years of preferred experience in warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Skills: High attention to detail, ability to quickly learn new systems, knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, and comfort working in a changing environment.
• Bonus: A positive demeanor, strong dependability, a solid work ethic, and a self-starter approach with a focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
