What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor sites: Continuously observe activities and incidents at assigned client locations.
• Document and Communicate: Accurately report all unusual activities, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Ensure Safety: Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel, taking appropriate actions in response to observed incidents.
• Maintain Presence: Establish and maintain a visible and professional presence to deter unauthorized actions and promote a secure environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: While this is an entry-level role, strong interpersonal capabilities are essential; candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills crucial for interacting with clients, personnel, and the public effectively.
• Skills: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, adhering strictly to company policy regarding visible body piercing accessories and tattoos, which are not permitted unless authorized.
• Compliance: The ability to successfully pass a lifetime background check and a drug test is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must meet and continuously satisfy any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
