What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Contribute to the structural design of a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
• Collaborate: Integrate and grow within a multi-discipline engineering team to deliver comprehensive project solutions.
• Consult: Provide structural engineering consultation to architectural practices as required for project development.
• Learn: Actively seek new knowledge and develop skills in structural engineering design principles and practices.
• Apply Software: Utilize computer analysis software systems to assist in structural design and evaluation tasks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a four-year degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Possess current registration as an E.I.T. (Engineer-in-Training) and experience with computer analysis software systems.
• Skills: Demonstrate excellent leadership, supervisory, writing, and verbal communication skills, along with a self-motivated and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Bonus: Hold a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, have prior internship experience in building structural design, or possess experience working as part of a multi-discipline design team.
