What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements for various clients.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform thorough reconciliation of various accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Payroll Services: Provide support for payroll processing and related services.
• Tax Preparation Assistance: Collaborate with senior team members in preparing U.S. and international tax returns.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and organized financial records and documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, with a strong foundational understanding of core accounting principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in commonly used accounting software and tools.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills; good written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities; proven ability to adapt quickly and learn new concepts and processes.
• Bonus: Previous internship or relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
