What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and write software for Next Generation Electronic Systems Products and Solutions.
• Develop: Develop high-quality, real-time embedded software for fielded electronics platforms.
• Solve: Apply strong problem-solving skills to create working, maintainable software.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with Systems, Hardware, and Test Engineers across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another scientific degree with strong software content. This is an Early Career role.
• Experience: Able to obtain a Secret clearance. Coursework or other experience in embedded software development is beneficial.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated proficiency in a high-level software language such as Java, C++, C, or Python. Working knowledge of software tools such as Jira, BitBucket, debuggers, or containers.
• Bonus: Experience with Agile Development and DevSecOps. Experience developing on Windows or Linux Operating Systems. Experience using git or another version control system. Familiarity with Unit Testing frameworks. Active Secret Clearance.
