• Mission: Ensure the safety and security of client property and personnel through vigilant observation and reporting.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure Safety: Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites to maintain a secure environment.
• Protect Property: Provide security and safety for client property and personnel through active monitoring and patrolling.
• Maintain Vigilance: Conduct frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain to effectively monitor premises and patrol locations.
• Customer Service: Act as a primary resource, providing customer service and information to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Report Incidents: Document and communicate all observed incidents and activities clearly and effectively.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others (Entry-Level); ideal for individuals with retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Skills: Exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills, proficient basic computer skills, flexibility for weekend shifts, ability to stand and walk for extended periods, possession of a valid driver’s license, ability to meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
