About the Job: Entry-Level Sales Representative at Vector Marketing

Vector Marketing is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for entry-level Sales Representative positions. Our representatives specialize in selling high-quality Cutco products through personalized, one-on-one appointments, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

No prior experience is necessary! Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed from day one. If you are eager to learn and willing to apply yourself, you can achieve success with us.

What We Offer:

• Flexible Schedules: We provide flexible scheduling options, perfect for those looking to earn extra income, seeking part-time work, or needing a summer job. We help our representatives create a schedule that accommodates their existing commitments, such as classes or other full-time employment. Seasonal work is also available.
• Paid Weekly – Base or Commissions: Our representatives are paid a base appointment fee of $22.00 per appointment. This base pay is not dependent on sales results, providing a safety net even during slower weeks. There is also the opportunity to earn more through commissions.
• Solid Training & Support: We offer thorough initial training to prepare you for the role, along with continuous support and additional training opportunities as you grow with us.
• Local Work: After initial training, sales representatives work locally. Training sessions and meetings are conducted in our office.
• Advancement Opportunities: For those interested in long-term careers, Vector Marketing offers several paths for advancement, including management roles, even if you start part-time with no prior experience.

What We Require:

• Enjoy Working with People: A positive attitude and enjoyment in interacting with others.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years old, or 17 years old and a 2026 High School Graduate. (Conditions apply)
• Willingness to Learn: An openness to learn and apply new skills.
