What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Search, source, and screen potential candidates utilizing various online resources.
• Client Consultation: Build close partnerships with clients, helping their businesses grow by developing and delivering optimal solutions for attracting candidates.
• Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from the initial interview stage through to the offer.
• Business Development: “Hunt” for new business opportunities and lead generation.
• Deal Negotiation: Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field; this is an early career opportunity.
• Experience: Internship experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is required.
