Entry-Level Recruiter Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates across diverse industries.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to effectively assess candidates’ skills, interests, and career aspirations.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to deliver exceptional client service and efficiently fill open roles.
• Gain expertise in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to successful placement.
• Utilize various platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract and engage top talent.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

Entry-Level Recruiter Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Possess a competitive spirit with a strong drive to win and consistently exceed goals.
• Be coachable, highly motivated, and eager to learn from seasoned industry leaders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule (Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000 plus an uncapped commission plan. On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from $80,000 to $110,000.
