• Mission: This person supports project teams by assisting with readiness planning, coordination, and reviews to help ensure projects are prepared for successful execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Contribute to readiness planning and various project preparation activities.
• Assist: Manage readiness checklists, necessary documentation, and tracking efforts.
• Participate: Engage in readiness reviews alongside experienced senior team members.
• Identify: Help pinpoint gaps, potential risks, and required action items that affect readiness.
• Coordinate: Liaise with project stakeholders to gather all necessary information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) required or currently in progress, interested in project readiness, coordination, and operational support.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational capabilities, effective communication skills, a willingness to learn readiness processes and tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
