What You’ll Actually Do
• Code Development: Write clean, efficient Python code specifically for AI/ML-driven applications.
• Model Assistance: Assist in the development, training, and evaluation processes for machine learning models.
• System Integration: Work with data pipelines, APIs, and various backend services to ensure seamless operation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different teams to translate project requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Optimization and Testing: Debug, test, and optimize both machine learning models and their associated applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field, or possessing equivalent practical experience. This includes a strong foundation in core software engineering and AI/ML principles.
• Experience: This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career engineers with 0–2 years of relevant experience in a technical domain, demonstrating a genuine interest in AI/ML.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development; foundational understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning; familiarity with key data science and ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow; solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles; demonstrated strong problem-solving and effective communication abilities.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience specifically in AI/ML or data science is valued. Experience with database querying using SQL, developing and integrating with APIs, or working on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is beneficial. Exposure to advanced AI topics like Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or computer vision is a plus. Practical experience with Git for version control is also appreciated.
