What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Management: Assist in the complete setup and breakdown of production equipment and physical sets.
• Workflow Support: Support the production team by coordinating project schedules and managing necessary logistical arrangements.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between various departments to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized production environment to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Material Handling: Provide assistance with the loading and unloading of all necessary production materials and equipment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. This is an early career position, welcoming individuals passionate about the production process and eager to begin a career in the industry.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are required. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude and a clear willingness to learn and take direction effectively.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate effectively within the team and across departments. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is also a key requirement.
