What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Processing: Process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
• Data Management: Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate procurement records.
• Vendor Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Client Communication: Communicate clearly with clients regarding procurement-related inquiries.
• Operational Oversight: Work to keep the overall procurement process running smoothly.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level experience in supply chain management, specifically within a technology environment.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience with Acumatica CRM or comparable CRM software; prior experience working with technology vendors such as Microsoft and Dell; and experience in procurement within either a technology company or an MSP setting.
• Skills: A high degree of organization, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills for interacting with both vendors and clients.
