Legal Order Process Analyst/Paralegal | U.S. Bank

The TL;DR
• Role: Entry-Level Legal Professional
• Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Pay: $24.18–$32.21 hourly
• Team: Law Division, operating under direct supervision
• Mission: This role supports U.S. Bank’s legal operations by performing foundational paralegal tasks, contributing to the division’s mission of providing expert legal counsel.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Legal Research: Conduct basic legal research to support various cases and legal matters, ensuring accuracy and relevance of findings.
• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare simple legal documents, ensuring compliance with established procedures and legal standards.
• File Management: Systematically manage and maintain legal files, including organizing, archiving, and retrieving detailed documentation as needed.
• Routine Support: Execute other routine administrative and legal support tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
• Compliance Adherence: Work under direct supervision, strictly following established procedures to ensure all work meets U.S. Bank’s standards and legal requirements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Paralegal professional with a paralegal certification from an accredited program, or an equivalent degree.
• Experience: Possess professional experience demonstrating equivalency to a paralegal certification or degree, qualifying for this entry-level role.
• Skills: Exhibit strong analytical abilities to interpret legal information, excellent organizational skills for managing detailed tasks, and clear communication skills for effective interaction. Possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and the ability to work independently while managing a large volume of detailed tasks efficiently.
• Bonus: One to two years of relevant experience in a paralegal or legal support role.
