Marketing Team Member (Entry-Level with Leadership Track)

Welcome to NM Group! We are excited to announce our recent partnership with a new client in our NYC location, and we are actively building 2-3 dynamic marketing teams comprised of top performers.

This opportunity begins as an entry-level role, but we are specifically seeking candidates with exceptional long-term potential. Our ambitious goal is to train select individuals from an entry-level position into Managing Director roles within a single year. This accelerated pace is designed to meet the high-growth demands of our clients, and we are ready for the challenge!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and execute compelling marketing presentations on behalf of our clients to diverse audiences.
  • Provide daily feedback to your dedicated team lead and submit weekly reports to the account manager on all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with client sites, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction.
  • Travel for networking events every 2-3 months to expand our reach and build valuable connections.
  • Lead monthly presentations to meticulously track team progress and identify areas for improvement and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with all client initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective representation.
  • Conduct thorough market research before new events to optimize strategy and achieve best outcomes.
  • Recommend new revenue opportunities, contributing creatively to business growth and client success.

We are new to NYC and dedicated to building a strong foundation for rapid growth. All employees will receive paid training, a base salary, and the opportunity to earn attractive bonuses and benefits after 90 days.

We are hiring immediately and will prioritize local candidates who are available to attend in-person interviews, as we value direct engagement in this foundational phase.
