About the Role

As an integral part of our Entry Level Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the profitability of our valued clients and retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and effectively present products and services customized to their individual needs.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers within a retail environment.
• Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers to customer questions regarding products and services.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal departments to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Engage with customers to generate qualified sales leads.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, and/or marketing is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrates a strong coachable attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop.
• A natural “people person” with an inherent team-oriented mindset.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills, capable of finding effective solutions.
