About the Job
We are seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position to jumpstart careers in leadership, marketing, and business development. This role provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, campaign execution, and team management, with a a clear path for advancement into leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit campaigns at retail and community outreach locations
- Engage with the public and introduce initiatives
- Assist with campaign operations, customer acquisition, and team coordination
- Develop professional communication, sales, and leadership skills
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and performance-based development
Qualifications
- Outgoing, professional, and comfortable interacting with new people
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
- Interested in long-term career growth and leadership development
- Experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles is a plus but not required
