• Assisting with Daily Living Activities: Providing hands-on support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Meal Preparation: Helping clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring they receive nutritious and appetizing meals.
• Companionship and Emotional Support: Offering a warm presence, engaging in conversation, and providing emotional encouragement to foster a positive and supportive environment.
• Following Care Plans: Diligently adhering to individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals, ensuring all client needs are met effectively.
• Effective Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, their family members, and the care team regarding client status and any concerns.
• Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks to ensure the client’s living space is tidy, safe, and comfortable.
• Monitoring Health Status: Observing and documenting changes in clients’ physical or mental health, reporting any significant observations to the appropriate personnel.
