Entry Level Home Health Aide – Honolulu, Hawaii

Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, always ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide invaluable companionship, engage in meaningful conversations, and offer emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Household Support: Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment.
- Meal Preparation: Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring clients receive nutritious and appealing meals tailored to their dietary needs and preferences.
- Health Monitoring & Reporting: Observe and accurately monitor changes in clients’ health status, behavior, or condition, and diligently report any significant observations to supervisors to ensure prompt and appropriate care adjustments.
- Care Plan Adherence: Diligently follow individualized care plans, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and that client safety, comfort, and privacy are maintained at all times.
