About the Role: Entry-Level Financial Services Representative
This is a full-time or part-time remote opportunity for an Entry-Level Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding clients towards financial security by assessing their needs and providing tailored life insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to thoroughly assess their insurance needs and financial goals.
- Provide comprehensive and tailored life insurance solutions that align with client objectives.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Effectively explain and present a range of life insurance products and services.
- Guide clients seamlessly through the entire policy application process.
- Review existing client coverage to ensure it remains aligned with evolving financial goals.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve individual and organizational objectives.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively advise clients and present solutions.
- Basic financial literacy and a foundational understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in the life insurance industry are preferred.
