What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and market trends to support informed business decisions.
• Financial Planning Support: Assist with budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and the creation of performance reports.
• Strategic Research: Conduct research on various investments, risk management techniques, and overarching financial strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with senior analysts and various stakeholders to generate valuable business insights.
• Tool Proficiency: Learn and apply industry-standard tools such as Excel, SQL, Bloomberg, or Python for advanced data analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: We are seeking a recent graduate with 0-2 years of professional experience, who holds a foundational degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a broader Business discipline.
• Experience: Practical experience derived from academic coursework and school projects is fully accepted as relevant experience, demonstrating the application of theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios. This role is structured for individuals whose educational background has already covered the core competencies needed.
• Skills: Essential skills include proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, alongside excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong teamwork skills are also critical, coupled with a genuine interest in and understanding of financial markets, banking operations, and investment strategies.
• Bonus: Candidates possessing additional experience with SQL, Python programming, or advanced financial modeling techniques will receive bonus consideration.
