Location: New York Office

Precise is an international Financial Management Service provider dedicated to Architectural, Engineering, and Legal firms. We are experiencing rapid growth and are actively seeking highly motivated Entry Level Financial Analysts to join our dynamic team in the New York office.

The Role

As an Entry Level Financial Analyst, you will be entrusted with providing comprehensive financial analysis across all facets of the business for our valued clients. We are looking for a proactive individual who is a self-starter, capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong affinity for numbers, is highly driven, and demonstrates comfort in interfacing with executive management, presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely.

While this is primarily an Entry-Level position, candidates bringing 1-2 years of relevant experience will also be given strong consideration.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Key Responsibilities

  • Mapping and analyzing quantitative financial data.
  • Preparing detailed management reports for internal and client use.
  • Managing cash flow and addressing daily financial operational issues.
  • Monitoring client performance and overall profitability.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support financial management and client objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Ability to handle heavy responsibilities, overseeing the implementation of projects that require comprehensive scheduling and coordination.

Important Considerations
