What You’ll Actually Do
• Basic Engineering Tasks: Perform fundamental engineering calculations, investigations, and various assigned tasks to support project needs.
• Collaborative Assistance: Collaborate with other employees to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on defined problems.
• Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing comprehensive reports, documentation, processes, and summaries designed to communicate regulated material accurately.
• Quality System Learning: Learn to create, maintain, and control a robust quality management system (QMS) to ensure adherence to internal standards.
• Process Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure compliance and accuracy through good documentation practices and gather internal data to report trends and monitor performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s curriculum focused on Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Engineering. A high school diploma is a prerequisite for this role.
• Experience: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software for documentation, analysis, and communication tasks.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively investigate and address defined problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, and collaborating within the team. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality standards across all tasks. Ability and willingness to adhere strictly to ISO 9001:2015 internal standards and other relevant regulatory agency requirements.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Visio is considered a plus.
