What You’ll Actually Do
• Collect & Organize: Proactively collect, meticulously clean, and effectively organize diverse datasets to prepare them for thorough analysis.
• Analyze & Interpret: Identify crucial trends, underlying patterns, and significant correlations within data using a range of statistical and analytical tools.
• Visualize & Report: Develop insightful dashboards, compelling visualizations, and clear reports utilizing industry-standard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Communicate Insights: Effectively assist various teams and stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions by presenting clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with stakeholders to comprehensively understand their specific data requirements and subsequently deliver tailored analytical solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s degree is required, with a welcoming approach to candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including recent Master’s graduates who may not possess prior technical experience. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are fundamental.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, alongside a clear willingness and aptitude to learn and master data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Candidates must possess U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Core skills include robust analytical and critical thinking abilities, practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills for effectively presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases, and knowledge of statistical concepts or tools like Python or R (which is considered a plus but not a strict requirement).
