What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.
• Data Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and analytical tools.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Insight Presentation: Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in any field; U.S. work authorization required.
• Experience: Entry-level role; no prior technical experience is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn data visualization tools; excellent communication to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization; familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases; knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R.
