What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare data for analysis by collecting, cleaning, and organizing raw information.
• Analyze: Uncover trends and patterns in data through statistical and analytical methods.
• Visualize: Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Advise: Guide data-driven decision-making by presenting clear and concise insights to teams.
• Partner: Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver effective solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s degree is required. This position is specifically designed for early career professionals, including recent Master’s graduates, and welcomes candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds, even those without prior technical experience in data analysis.
• Experience: Candidates must possess U.S. work authorization. While prior technical experience is not a prerequisite, a strong willingness to learn and master new data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. The role demands application of problem-solving skills in a professional setting.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities are paramount. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a foundational skill. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are also key.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience specifically in data analysis or visualization would be a strong advantage. Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases is preferred. Knowledge of statistical concepts and tools like Python or R, while not required, would be considered a plus.
